Preference will be given to:
* Organizations who primarily serve the Puget Sound region and are based here
* Non faith based organizations
* Smaller charities with operating budgets of one million or less.

NFTN does not consider:
* Government agencies
* Organizations that discriminate against race, color, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, age, creed, religion, heritage, or sensory, mental or any physical ability.

Faith Based organizations may be considered if their services and programs offered do not discriminate against race, color, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, age, creed, religion, heritage, or sensory, mental or physical ability.
At this time NFTN will not demand any periodic reports from the charities, through our initial meetings (and from the online form) we will get an understanding how the funds raised will be used.
