Rich Green, Director – info at noisefortheneedy dot org
Rich is a co-founder of Noise for the Needy. Although his family is from the Pacific Northwest, Rich was born in South Central Los Angeles and was raised in the Northeast. He is happily married and currently resides in the Seattle area with his lovely wife and their daughter Lucy. During the day he is a research
scientist and at night, he packs himself into dark rock clubs. Rich has a Masters in Bioinformatics from a fancy institution east of the Mississippi and prefers PBR to Bud. In addition to managing several other projects, He is the driving force behind NFTN’s Seattle incarnation. His dedication to those in need has
raised thousands for charitable causes. He tries to live life like Buckaroo Banzai with “a bold, titillating mix of particle physics, rock and roll, super-sonic speed machines, and villains beyond redemption.”

Jeff Henry, Artistic Director – jeff at noisefortheneedy dot org

Prior to joining NFTN, Jeff organized over 150 shows in Olympia. Musically, Jeff is noted for his work in the band Rosyvelt, 1000 Diving Robots, Girls on Strike and The Graze. Jeff has also sung with the Seatle Opera Chorus in productions of Aida, Der Fliegender Hollander and The Ring. Jeff has a Bachelors of Arts from The Evergreen State College. Amy Williams, Volunteer Coordinator – amy at noisefortheneedy dot org
Amy Williams is entering her second year as volunteer coordinator. She has been a valuable supporter of Seattle music over the past decade and she is fast-becoming a volunteer favorite!

Sophie Tiffany, Outreach Coordinator – sophie at noisefortheneedy dot org
Along with Noise for the Needy, Sophie’s background in service includes Girl Scouts and Americorps.  She loves to get people together to make good things happen, so there’s a good chance she’s the one who told you about NFTN! She manages the NFTN Street Team and NFTN’s social media, and does a whole lot more. By day, she is the buyer and manager for a boutique for plus size women. When she’s not working or volunteering, sometimes she makes art or cooks, often she’s out listening to live music & karaoke, and she creates T-Shirts and sells them in a T-Shirt store.

Paul Stambaugh, Lead Designer
Paul Stambaugh is a design graduate of SCCC. He has been integral part of this year’s NFTN design staff. Paul currently works as a freelance designer in the Seattle area and is an avid supporter of the Seattle music scene. He is also a mighty fine DJ to boot! Michael Young, Web Designer - webmaster at noisefortheneedy dot org
In addition to being the designer of our new website, My is a proud pappa and member of the awesome Seattle bands Jupe JupePleasurecraft. My also runs his own design company called Michael Young Web+Design. Check out his work here.

Christopher Stewart, Production Manager – christopher at noisefortheneedy dot org
Christopher is a songwriter, musician, audio engineer, visual artist, computer jockey and educator.  He’s an incurable musical lifer, having served over twenty years in rock bands, jazz ensembles, theater bands, dance accompaniment and free improv groups in addition to performing solo.  Born and raised in Portland, OR, Christopher moved to Seattle about ten years ago – just as many of his local music heroes were moving to Portland, which was an obviously intentional insult that he has taken very personally.  Christopher also produces shows, designs posters, makes amazing Korean BBQ and has never failed on a beer run.  After meeting Rich Green in 2008, Christopher has been a Noise for the Needy groupie and to his flabbergasted surprise NFTN has found some use for him.  With his super-awesome wife, Auna, he fronts the band Assumption, Illinois among a myriad of other side and solo projects.  http://www.assumptionillinois.com/ | www.christopherallenstewart.com www.twitter.com/christopherstew

2010 NFTN Poster Project

Every year NFTN teams up with Seattle’s talented graphic designers to make some stunning flyers for each show.  We had some really amazing submissions and we would like to thank everyone who donated their time. Most of these folks are freelance designers, so please support their small businesses!
